Since day one, John's wife and children have been deeply involved in the business. After his passing in the early 2000s, his sons carried on his legacy, keeping his values at the heart of everything they did. Today, IcareLabs is proudly operated by the third generation of the Payne family, with John's grandsons, Danny and James, leading the company into the future.
